This Cookie Policy explains how the Vendy Studio platform (the "Platform") uses cookies and similar technologies.
Our approach. Vendy Studio is a French business, so we apply European (GDPR) standards to cookies for all our users, wherever they live. In practice this means we place analytics and advertising cookies only after you have given consent, and you can reject them just as easily as you accept them — even where US law would not require us to ask.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file or identifier that may be stored on, and read from, your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you access an online service. "Cookies" here also covers similar technologies such as local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage), pixels and technical identifiers.
2. Who places the cookies?
Cookies and trackers used on the Platform may be placed either directly by Vendy Studio ("strictly necessary" cookies) or by technical service providers acting on our behalf.
3. Cookies used on the Platform
Beyond cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation and security of the Platform, Vendy Studio uses — only after you have given consent via the cookie banner — analytics cookies (Google Analytics, deployed via Google Tag Manager) and advertising and attribution cookies (in particular the Meta Pixel and campaign identifiers). The Platform also uses cookieless analytics and performance tools (Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights). You can accept, reject or withdraw your consent at any time; rejecting non-essential cookies does not affect your access to the Service.

4. Your choices and consent
Cookies that are strictly necessary for the Service are placed without consent. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising/attribution cookies (Meta Pixel, campaign identifiers) are placed only after you have given consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit, with separate controls for analytics and for advertising.
You can accept all or reject all with equal ease, and you can change or withdraw your choices at any time via the "Cookies" link available on the Platform. You may also configure your browser to block or delete cookies, but blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Platform works.
You can additionally opt out of certain advertising measurement directly with the providers concerned, for example through your Google account settings (adssettings.google.com) and your Meta ad preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences).
5. Data transfers
Data collected for analytics and advertising may be processed by our technical providers, in particular Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), Meta (Meta Pixel), Vercel (analytics and performance measurement, hosting) and the Platform's host. Where processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, Vendy Studio ensures it is covered by appropriate safeguards, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Marketing emails
Most of the emails you receive from us are transactional (order confirmations, cancellation acknowledgments, password resets, service notices), and these are sent because they are necessary to your order or your account.
We do not send marketing or promotional emails. Every email you receive from us relates to your order or your account, and you receive it because it is necessary to the service you asked for. Any news about the Service is shown inside the application, not pushed to your inbox.
